Music

The gift of music represents a big part of my life. In many ways, it helps define my physical existence. I have listened to diverse genres for many years. What I've noticed is that specific music can evoke certain moods, trigger memories and cause similar emotional responses over time. Essentially, this music has become my 'soundtrack for life.' I treasure and will continue to listen it indefinitely. There are precious few albums and individual pieces that fall into this category. The list (in random order) is as follows:

All these works will outlast transitory pop culture musical trends, fads, et cetera. They are timeless and enduring in expression, structure and form. Simply put, they are masterpieces.
